The dude from whom I borrowed a wireless router randomly and without warning called today and took away the beloved device through which I did browse near and far... I was saddened and angered at the abrupt nature of the removal... I arrived home and set to work networking two computers to the internet without an actual router, and it proved easier than I thought... I removed the direct link cord from my computer and wonders of wonders I was still receiving internet!!! I yelled over to the room mate and he went and checked his laptop and wonder of wonders he had internet!!! So we both contemplated this wondrous internet... Did I, Calvsie High flying idiot extraordinare, really fix the internet? Doubtful... Considering I hardly did anything besides move the wireless receiver... RGS out... - calvsie |
