To continue with the crazy roommate story. I received another call from her at work and promptly hung up.
That is all to the story.
Anyway, yes I have lost my cell phone. I do not know if it was washed away by the ocean or if it walked away with another person. Although, in retrospect, the more I have thought about it the more likely it is that it has walked away.
The funny side to this story is that the phone went missing because it was with my clothing on the beach at night.
Regardless, I have another phone now but I have lost all my saved phone numbers. So if you're reading this and I have had your number at one point in time or another, please send me your phone number so I can have it atleast written down some where.
To continue, last night my roommate (the good one) and I went to the longest running out door theater/play called The Lost Colony. It is suppose to be a dramatic historical representation of the lost colony established by Sir Walter Raeighle which was established on Roanoke Island (the island where I live). Acutally, the house I live in is supposedly less than 1/6 mile from where the colony originally was but under water now.
Anyway, the adventure starts with my roommate and I biking to the theater when we had to turn around because my roommate forgot her ticket. Then half way there my left bike pedal fell off. To add to this humor my roommate's bike was already damaged; her bike is without a front brake. So, after some attempt at trying to grab ahold of the back of her seat and my roommate's balance being horrible I gave up and managed to "scooter" my way to the theater pushing myself while on the bike with my left foot. Now, the impressive thing about this scene was that I was wearing a skirt.
Anyway, to sum up, the play was pretty bad (acting, story, etc) but it was something "...you have to do atleast once". Evidently, they rewrite the script every season and this season has been one of the worst rewrites (or so I am told by the people in the office who have lived on the island for their entire lives).
My question I pose to you is: how much would you pay for this play?

Negative four dollars.
No no no...you have to PAY something. Doesn't matter what and it can't be "nothing". You're missing the point Trae.
But but but...

I am paying something if I'm paying negative Four dollars - or at least my Algebra tells me I am...
