I must have an aerodynamic body August 19, 2005 - 16:39:50
So today the deputy-super intendent left a friend and me take his motorcycle out for al ittle joy ride and it was so much fun. Trae...ever thought about getting a Harly D.? Anyway, I figured out that I have an aerodynamic body because of the way the air was moving around me. If my put my arms a certain way - not so aerodynamic; put my arms another way - very little wind resistance. Either that or I just happen to have a small enough body to hide behind the body of the motorcycle well. Either way, it was a blast. In other news: after being here for almost a month I FINALLY have the NPS GPS unit working! IT'S ALIVE! Which means that when I go out to take a gps point of a feature it will be fairly accurate. Anyway, the weekend is coming up and so it's time to pull out the towel again and become the beach bum that I am. YEAH! I'm practically going to be living on the beach this weekend. I am also still in the hunt for a used kite-surfing set and someone to teach me how. It has become my mission!
