So, I'm on an island. Yeah. I have a computer that is so high-tech that it could run the entire university's network and I'm sitting here playing with GoogleEarth. I don't have the software to do my job and the people who have the licence information so I can access the program have yet to call me. On top of it, I'm pretty sure that there are cables missing from the GPS unit which wold allow a stronger connection to the sattelites. I...am....not......happy. On the upside, I have the option to go up in the Park's Cessna when ever there is a scheduled flight to take pictures of the shoreline which offers a nice view of pods of dolphines and sharks. I am also bound and determined to pick up the newest sport I've found. It's KITE SURFING! HEhehehehe... People here are real nice and the island is atleast very pretty. The is ocean is about 4 houses down from my house with a small seculded "mini-beach". Anyway, back to setting up the GIS network with what I have. If you want to know specific things about the place let me know. Catch ya'll later. By the way...you have NO IDEA how infectious the eastern/southern accents is! - Kid |
