Remember the extremes. Going from slut mode to monogamous to slut mode to monogamous to slut mode to chaste is not going to help, yet there isn't really any way to avoid some sort of extreme. Try to avoid extremes also in thinking about what the problem may be, and in all possible solutions. Also: holy crap I smoked a clove tonight.
