Just a short little video talking about what's coming up on TRHOnline.com over the next week or so. Nothing super riveting, but hey -- at least it's something.
So, even though I talk about a Happy Wednesday show in this video, the particular song in the actual thing is by Two Minute Drill (my brother's old band). I know, it's because I'm fickle. Well, that and it just seemed to fit the fast paced tone I was going for.
So, I mention in the video how Happy Wednesday may not have a drummer on Friday for Daisho Con. No, we're not getting rid of Kivar or anything, but he's had some major personal issues crop up (the death of a friend) and there is a likely chance he won't be able to come. Yes, this sucks. This sucks big time. But it more sucks for the people who lost someone than the for the nerd rock comedy act that may do a single show without percussion.
But we'll still make it an awesome show.
Kivar is a vital part of the music we produce, but we'll spin things in different ways for this one show - and you won't want to miss it because (for better or for worse) you likely won't see this version of the act again. Also, Matt and I will dial up our rock 500% to make up for the missing drums.
Trust me.
It shall be glorious.
