Music in this entry reverts to my vlog's roots of featuring onl yTo Slay Zombie Newton. This week you'll hear the under appreciated "French Marsupials," which I don't think I've ever featured in a vlog before. Most of this video is just pure, unadulterated randomness. I just spent a couple of days pulling out the camera randomly when I thought of something to say. I did something very similar with my 17th vlog "Confessions" a while back too. There's also random weirdness at the end of this one, which I had a bit of fun putting together.
Yeah, I know, I'm a goof.
What causes me to do vlogs like these? Well, truth to tell, it's because I have absolutely nothing to do lately. I mean, I have stuff that I need to get done, but I usually vlog by taking the camera out and taking it with me while I do interesting things. I haven't had anything really "entertaining" though to show you guys though... so random vlog it is!
In other news of the Trae, I talked with Brian Miles the other day for the first time in who knows how long. I had a rather lengthly conversation with him over Instant Message, and it was very surreal. He's in the Milwaukee area too still, so I may try and see if he's available. Of course, I need to call Derek and get together with him too.
Mostly, I just need to get the heck out of the house.
In the Classic Movies department, I uploaded this week's film. It's the 1950 Akira Kurosawa film Rashomon. Rashomon tells the story of a crime from four different points of view, and leaves it up to the viewer to decide what really happened. As it's probably one of the most influential films of all time, I thought I would share it. I also fixed the video for The Last Man on Earth, as the old version had been cutting out. For these two films, I've been experimenting with PricelessTV, which is a video sharing site that's in its early development stages (as in Alpha stage, not even Beta).
