So, the life of the Trae continues forward, and things have been slowly getting better.
My camera is apparently getting a workout these days, as I shot a new short film on Wednesday night - and have uploaded it today. I call it Russo vs. Razor, as it documents the events of Wednesday night - where we took The Flip Side's Managing Editor Jake Russo and cut off his signature frizzy hair... and then continued to shave his head. Why did Jake want to shave his head? Who knows. Frankly, it's hard to tell why Jake does anything sometimes - but we just sort of go with it.
It turned out to be a fairly entertaining night, and I think makes a somewhat interesting video. Mostly just because of Matej's reaction to Jake at the end of the film.
...It's just priceless.
Anyway, as mentioned earlier, life seems to be generally improving these days. Ironically, my stress level has been going up as well too. I swear, I just get more and more exhausted as the week goes on these days. I'm awake on Monday, and by Friday I can barely get up. I then get rest on the weekend, but the whole cycle loops itself again each week... Thanksgiving isn't coming fast enough, I swear.
I need to recharge my batteries.
On the upside, I'm registered and ready for my classes next semester, and I don't foresee any problems with graduating in May, which is so trippy. I've been living here for so long, that it's odd to know that I'll finally be getting the heck out of here finally this spring. It's exciting, but strange.
Yes, I know - this self introspection is cyclical. Every friggin' year...
Anywho, tonight at OA we're probably going to raid the TV10 All-Nighter. We honestly haven't done that in a really long time, so I'm a bit excited. I'll try to bring the camera, so I can show you guys how it goes directly. I've been really enjoying OA these days, but it's also become a bit different than it used to be... which is good. We have new people, and another generation of people is carrying it on... and that's neat. Very, very neat.
I'm going to make myself a sandwich though...
(Just a note, the server TRHOnline.com sits on is getting upgraded this weekend. It is possible that portions of this site will temporarily be down during this process, and a message or two could get lost in the process. They are promising me the transition will be problem free - but I've never seen that happen... on the upside... Trae gets a lot more disk space! Woot!)
