Well duh! You know what that means...you need to become a putz and start shooting off your mouth too. Trust me, guys shooting off their mouth talking like they know their shit is hot! Example: look who I'm in love with. 
So, to sum together: he is a putz but he doesn't think nor believe he is a putz nor act like he is a putz! Get it?
