So occasionally in
Irresponsible Irreverence I do random, slightly more realistic images based off of photo references (like
this one or
this one). So last night, after getting a much needed hair cut, I randomly decided to do one of myself.
Above you can see the results.
Technically I guess you can say it's not my first self portrait in this style, but the earlier
Gardening Ninja image (based off of the
No Brand Con mascot character I play) was based off of a WWII recruiting poster, and crudely adapted to resemble me... I don't think it honestly counts. Frankly, I'm a little heavier than the version of me in that picture.
So here you go. Anyways, just as as a warning, blog entries may be scarce to nonexistent over the next week - so I hope you can survive without me. Comics will continue to update per normal though, as I've built a buffer, so don't worry.
