So back in 2009 I started including random stick figure illustrations in my blog. In some ways, they were just meant to replace the photos I've gone back to using - but in truth these illustrations were a test run to see if I could do a webcomic... and after UnCONventional launched, I slowly phased them out.
Of course, I later launched my second webcomic Irresponsible Irreverence as a single panel gag strip. And while I started making random jokes about vampires and aliens, I still wasn't illustrating funny things from life that used to pepper my blog.
I've decided to change that up a bit, as those who have read today's comic might have noticed. Today's comic features a true story featuring myself and my lovely wife Crysta. Now don't freak out -- you'll still get your Vorlack fix. I'm just going to be adding a bit more personal stuff into the mix. Honestly, I've been getting a bit bored with the gags in that comic, and the beauty of Irresponsible Irreverence's lack of focus is that I can switch it to whatever I want at any given point.
So, I guess the stick figures comics are back -- just now in I.I. and not in the blog.
There's something else you might notice about the I.I. site - and that's the addition of the much demanded comments. Okay, maybe not "demanded" so much as "someone once asked for it," but still. Comments function on Irresponsible Irreverence the exact same way as they do on UnCONventional - you can use either your TRHOnline ID or a Facebook ID. I keep meaning to implement the Facebook thing on the rest of TRHOnline, but I keep putting it off.
