It's been a busy couple of days for me in the lands of the internet. Back on Friday, while I didn't post a blog entry, I did go and put together my Daisho Con 2010 Report. Admittedly it is stick figure free, as I didn't have time to draw a bunch of comics for this con - but I had several video clips and photos that I've instead interspersed... and I think it's amusing enough to check out even without my normal scrawls.
This weekend, I also finally launched the Bork Con website for you UnCONventional fans. That's right, there's a full website for a con that doesn't actually exist. At some point I'll build the entire world for these people, go insane, and convince myself that the false reality is real... but that's a long way off, so until my psychotic break happens, I hope you guys are entertained by all of this.
These, of course, are minor things. What took most of my time was putting together the second No Brand Con 2011 plot video. If you haven't seen the first one, you can check it out here. Rather than force you to navigate to the new one though, I figured I'd just embed it here:
This was shot all on Sunday afternoon, and I spent the night editing, composing the soundtrack, and just screwing around in general. It's not the best video I've ever done - but I think it will do.
These videos are so much denser in plot than last year, because we're trying to do something a little more involved this time around. A three minute fight scene looks good (and lets us not have to act), but it doesn't tell a whole lot of story. This time around we have to actually give you a piece of the tale in each video.
