So as I threatened to do so a little while back, I've decided to release a Lt. Snorkel EP. Originally I was working on a full length album, but I've gotten side tracked... and with this much delay on releasing some of these tracks, I just decided to get what was done out the door.
It's a six track EP that clocks in at about 22 minutes. It contains Koshuudenwa, which I originally unleashed on people back in 2009 with the music video, the one minute Kyle Got Married, a cover of The Guild's (Do You Wanna Date My) Avatar, and the three part soundtrack for the No Brand Apocalypse, which was recorded for the No Brand Con 2010 storyline videos.
All in all, I'm happy with the music that's contained within, and I hope that you enjoy it too. It's a bit different than the first album that I had already put out... and frankly, it's better than the first one.
Some of these tracks might end up on a future full length release, but definitely not all of them. I hope you like my bizarre musical diversion. Also expect a new music video from this EP in the near future as well.
In unrelated news, earlier this week I launched a store for UnCONventional merchandise. It contains random things like Lynn's messenger bag, Tara's "X" shirt, Awesome Roy's close tag shirt -- and, of course, Bork Con attendee and staff shirts. It's just a basic Cafe Press store, but I'm really happy with the way the designs look. There is very little mark up on these, as I'm not really doing this to make money. This is really just so I could have a Bork Con shirt myself really.
I plan on doing a vlog entry fairly soon, as I haven't done one for quite some time. It does mean figuring out where I put my camera, but I think I know where it is. Well, I'm mostly sure I know where it is at least. Look for some fun and exciting updates in the future.
