Eighth Wicca Essay FINALLY Up | |

 So, a week ago I was planning on posting my eighth full essay in the Wicca and Paganism section of the website, but got side tracked by a jackass annoyingly enough. I was, however, on every level determined to get the friggin' thing done this week, so I put any efforts on following that whole mess up aside and decided to just sit down and write this week's installment.
With that in mind, I am happy to provide to you and article I call Understanding the Wiccan Rede. Nothing all that fancy in this one other than a serious look at the primary philosophy that governs the moral core of Wicca.
So... y'know... a light read.
Things have been a mess with my Van. Chad (being one of my few friends who owns Jumper Cables) had to drive over and jump start it in the parking lot of Ron's Castle Foods yesterday (thanks Chad!). I'm going to have to take it into a shop somewhere, as it seems I have little choice at this point. Problem is, I have to find a mechanic in Eau Claire who I'd actually trust with my precious vehicle of doom. If I were in Milwaukee, it would be one thing. I know exactly where I'd go with the van there. In Eau Claire though? I've never done more than get an oil change in this town.
And I'm very paranoid about being taken advantage of.
Geh... it just sort of sucks. Mostly it's going to cost money I don't want to spend on this sort of thing. It's yet another thing for me to roll my eyes at... and another reason to owe Peso more money.
I need some rich friends. Seriously. Like, someone who just wants to heap large amounts of dollars on my Paypal or Bank Account for no reason other than they like the cut of my jib or something. My current friends are all far too poor.
Geh.
I don't really have much in the news regarding Ashley and the crash on US-53 other than she's sedated but responding a bit. The instant anyone tells me anything, I'll let people know. Just remember, I'm barely in any sort of loop on the situation - so things go through about five people before anyone even talks to me about stuff.
Just keep that in mind.

I was just searching online to find the article about Ashley again and found this.
Last I heard about Ashley was on Sunday afternoon. She has no broken bones and no brain damage was found on the CAT scan. Yes, they're keeping her sedated--she has a major concussion. They also don't know if she'll have any memory loss or speech problems--we'll find out when she wakes up. I believe Stephanie Dee created a group on facebook so she could keep everyone updated on Ashley's status. If you haven't joined, you may want to look it up (I can't link you, unfotunately, because my internet is hating facebook at the moment).
Thanks for stopping by. I am a member of the Facebook group - which is here for those interested. If people are concerned about Ashley, that's probably the best source of information.
