UPDATE 4/13/07 10:45am - The full website is now operational.
NoBrandCon/No Brand Con (I'll spell it both ways for the search engines) attendees, vendors and guests may have been surprised to find an error page when they went to our website.
This is due to some fairly complicated issues involving the hosting company we lease space from (which is a different host than I use... everyone should use Drak.net... but I digress) leading the software that powers our website to be unable to connect to the database. We still have the data, so nothing has been lost or compromised - just disabled. Our crack team of webmonkeys are working on the issue, led by the adventurous Sean "SeanOrange" Corse. We understand how poorly timed this is, so please bear with us through this annoying moment.
On the upside - there are still ways to get to the most important NoBrandCon/No Brand Con pieces of information. Here are a series of links to the most important areas of the site:
Additionally, we haven't linked it on the site yet, but we've been throwing it around on the forums, is the current draft of the NoBrandCon Event schedule. I know we have an HTML version, but its outdated. The current incarnation is an Excel spreadsheet you can download here. It's a bit hard to read, I know, but it is current.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this is likely causing our attendees, as the convention is only a week and a half away, but we are trying to resolve this as quickly as humanly possible.
I will update this entry with more information as it comes out. You can also ask me any questions about this, and I will attempt to get you the answers as soon as possible. If you have problems contacting any NoBrandCon staffers, I can get you in touch with them.
