So, as it's been at least a week since I produced a video entry - I thought it would be alright to do another one (although, the goal is to do one of these every two weeks instead of one once a week). I call this entry "Revenge."
I did forget to credit the music at the beginning, which is the opening from the "R.O.D. the TV" by YKZ. And while I still kick things off with To Slay Zombie Newton, most of the music in the entry is "Back Porch" by The Presidents of the United States of America (a personal favorite).
Was this a petty thing to do? No - think of this as playfully tongue in cheek. As for how I knew what house it was, I know I said I wasn't going to say - but I don't want you thinking I did anything illegal. What I did was cross reference the IP address with the IPs of users who post on the various message boards that I either manage or just have moderator rights on. I had suspicions which gave me a place to start - but suspicions don't make it right to throw out accusations you can't prove... even if you turn out to be right... and even if it's something that you're only laughing about.
Anywho - I found that it was an IP used by a group of people. A group of people who all happen to live together. So, knowing this - and knowing where they live - that's how I found the place.
I had two choices for location. I picked one - and I knew I could be wrong - but you got the message.
But honestly, this is insulting beyond all belief. Anonymous comments are now turned off. If you want to say something, you now have to have the balls to sign off on it yourself.
You can now congratulate yourself on making it so no one else can comment without logging in. Feel proud.
Heh. "Snarky". Those last few seconds at the end with you running away was hilarious. I think you need to make that an animated gif and use it as a sometimes avatar.
I should note - that I may have gotten the wrong house. I had a very short list to choose from though - so the odds were very good.
But the person who posted the comments is more familiar with it that house than they are letting on as well (based off of IP records) so I don't feel too guilty for leaving a note criticizing the house's paint color.
