A Second Video Entry - The Great Outdoors
Posted Oct 8, 2006 - 16:12:00

Well, last time I did a video entry, and for some reason I felt like doing a second one...

Now, I'm not going 100% video in this space, I just was bored this weekend and it gave me something to do. There will be at least one more video entry this week though.

Hopefully, the video/audio sync issues are resolved in this installment, as I tried encoding it a different way this time from the last.

I should credit the band To Slay Zombie Newton again, as they feature heavily. I've used them for my intro and end credits music for both of these videos, and I think I'll keep doing that.

You should check out their first full length recording "Chapter the First..." too - it's quite entertaining.

The next video entry will cover any feedback to these first two videos as well. I'm thinking about branching off into a more multipedia approach in this space, as I've always wanted to.

Ah well, that's all for now.

I once saw a wild turkey in that construction/road area you visited.. at least I think that was the right spot.   ... I'm talking about this really hilly area close to the river that you can get to by taking that putnam park trail pretty far along the river (beyond where it splits off to go up to chancellor's)  ... that area.
Actually, that IS the road that leads up to chancellors.  They took out the whole road, and are redoing it.  They park the equpment right next to the "Putnam Prairie" area, and it's a rather depressing image if you don't know what the equipment is there for. :P
there is a reason why the video blog trend is dying.....
Why gee, you must be right anonymous person.  I will completely change everything I'm doing because of the advice from a person's whose credentials just have to be so deep in internet culture that they don't even have to identify who they are.... *rolls eyes*

Honestly, while critical feedback is appreciated, randomly stopping by someone's site and just expressing pure negativity (without being willing to engage with the rest of the site's community even) is just rude.  Register yourself a username or stop sniping.  Your choice.
