That kind of sucks - so you lost the basement because they're doing home improvements?
yup. sadly, that's how it goes. but the thing is, i still have a room, i don't have to pay rent and food is free. it sucks that i don't have the basement anymore, but it still doesn't cost me anything to live here.
True - Free Rent is always good.
