I believe, and forgive me if I'm wrong, is it not the job of this undefined boy of Befu's to prevent that last issue too?
I say, call your boy up and make him correct the problem. 
yeah, said boy fixed the problem when the befu spent a few hours curled up with said boy watching tv. the befu was warm and happy.
