I feel like crap. And, sadly, this is the best I've felt in days. You'd be surprised as to how much good 12 hours of sleep will do you when you're feeling sick.
I stayed home from classes today, because I was feeling so crappy. I did manage to be at least a little productive, getting my housing forms for next semester finally in... and I got my laundry done. So, yeah - I still feel pretty sick, but not as bad as I did yesterday.
Of course, if it weren't for Majstorovic's exam yesterday, I would have stayed home then too. I don't think that I did that well on the exam, but who knows... I'll find out how I did when I find out, eh? No use worrying about it now.
I finally got my major change done, so now I am officially a Political Science major - and not some undeclared student taking a bunch of Poli Sci courses. *grin* I got into the section of 290 I wanted to get into as well, grabbing the literal *last seat* in the class. Woot. Go me.
Changing my major though really was a pain in the ass, which is why I hadn't done it so far. See, I went into make the change on Monday - and with the new system you have to first meet with a person in the department, and then go to the secretary of the department to finish the change. Well, I went in on Monday, and met with the designated professor. No big deal, just did it (although I did manage to spend half an hour stressing out about it), and got it over with. Well, it turns out though that the secretary of the department's husband was in the emergency room - so she wasn't in that day. So, I had to wait until the next day to finish changing my major.
Geh.
Anywho, so on Tuesday, after the aforementioned Majstorovic exam, I went over to the Poli Sci department office to finish changing my major. She wasn't there. I stopped by the department at least three times, without her being there. Finally, at about 1pm, I stopped by... and she was there, and I got it done.
Y'know, there was a time when all I'd have to do to change majors was to go to the Registrars office and say "I want to change my major!" and I'd be done in five minutes, instead of it taking me two days...
Heh.
I don't know. Tonite I plan on staying in, and curling up to a toasty new episode of The West Wing. I love that show, you know. I just love it.
Not much else to say at this point though, so I'm going to end the entry without any real conclusion. Laters
