I'm rather tired right now, but determined not to sleep. I worked nine and a half hours today - albeit nonconsecutively, though I did sleep six hours... albeit nonconsecutively... I am still tired.
What a f***ed up day. Apparently, I rocked the house at work on Friday night. I know I did, but man... I do not know how to talk to my Sales Manager. Or any manager who actually directly affects my job. I think the only one that I haven't f***ed up a conversation with ever is my General Manager... and I don't think I will. Why? Because I think he understands my bizarre sense of humor. See, Scotty's a great guy - but he takes me too seriously if I debate something. He doesn't understand that I'm *not* disagreeing with him. Is this ultimately ridiculous? Yep. Should I learn to keep my yap closed? Damn straight. I think we've established that one.
Problem is, this is all against my nature. My nature is to tell people what I think without holding back. I have learned now that this is not a wise move for the business world.
Well, at least I know how to do my job... f***...
